FAQs

Does waxing hurt?

Let’s be real, it’s not painless, but it’s quick and very tolerable. The more consistent you are, the easier it gets every time.

How long should my hair be?

About the length of a grain of rice (¼ inch). If it’s too short, the wax won’t grip properly. If it’s too long, I’ve got you, I’ll trim if needed.

Can I get waxed on my period?

Yes, you can!

Just wear a tampon or menstrual cup. Keep in mind you may be a bit more sensitive during this time.

How long do results last?

Typically 3–4 weeks depending on your hair growth cycle. Staying on a schedule results in smoother, longer-lasting results.

Will my hair grow back thicker?

Nope, that’s a myth. With consistent waxing, hair usually grows back finer and slower over time.

What should I do before my appointment?

-Shower beforehand

-Avoid oils, lotions, and heavy sweating

-Wear loose, comfortable clothing

What should I do after my wax?

-Avoid heat (gym, saunas, hot showers) for 24 hours

-No tight clothing or friction

-Keep the area clean & moisturized

-Use ingrown treatments if needed

I’ll always guide you after your service.

I’m nervous… is that normal?

Completely normal! Especially if it’s your first time. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and taken care of from start to finish.

Do you wax both men and women?

Yes, all are welcome.

How often should I book?

Every 3–4 weeks is ideal for best results and smoother regrowth.
