Booking & Deposits

A 25% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
This deposit goes toward your total service.

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred if you reschedule within the allowed timeframe.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens, I get it
        •       Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
        •       Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment when proper notice is given
        •       Repeated last-minute changes may require full prepayment for future bookings

No-Show Policy

No-shows result in deposit forfeiture.

However, I do understand things come up.
If we’ve communicated and agreed on a reschedule, your deposit may be honored at my discretion.

Late Policy

There is a 15-minute grace period.

After 15 minutes:
        •       Your appointment may be canceled
        •       Your deposit may be forfeited

This ensures I stay on schedule for all clients.

Hygiene & Appointment Prep

To keep things clean, safe, and comfortable:
        •       Please arrive freshly showered
        •       Avoid heavy lotions or oils on the area
        •       Hair should be at least grain-of-rice length

Health & Safety

For your safety, services may be refused if:
        •       Skin is irritated, broken, or compromised
        •       You are using certain medications (ex: Accutane)
        •       Any condition makes waxing unsafe
